THEIR STORY
Calgary Dental Clinic
Spenergy had the pleasure of meeting Dr. French back in July 2020. Dr. David French a very well-respected Dental Surgeon in the Calgary Alberta area.
Dr. French wanted to create the safest environment possible for his patients and staff and was looking at all the different solutions possible.
After speaking with many manufacturers it was determined that Spenergy Certified Solutions had the best solution for his needs.
THE COST
Spenergy designed a custom Smart UV 3.0 system for his surgical rooms and also installed a UVAir-300 device in the lobby so the air could be properly disinfected where people may be sitting and waiting for periods of time. All For about $35 a day.
Canadian Centre for Refugee & Immigrant Healthcare
Dr. Paul Caulford approached Spenergy back in September of 2020 when they were looking to safely move their outdoor clinics back indoors.
To ensure high traffic areas were being treated regularly and safely Spenergy installed two different UV disinfection systems.
The first system was installed in the ducted system to help treat the air quality, and the second system utilized direct UV lighting that runs during off hours to disinfect surfaces that may have bacteria lingering on them.

IS UVC SAFE ?
To ensure safety, expert UVCertified installations of direct lighting units are designed with safety systems so that they operate only when people are not in the area. Sensors for motion and body heat (infrared) instantly detect if someone is in the area and turn lights off.
